Als Projectmanager Civiele Techniek ga je specifiek aan de slag voor het Programmabureau RijswijkBuiten waar je ook fysiek aanwezig bent. Je vervult binnen het Programmabureau een brede centrale rol in het technisch ontwerp, de voorbereiding, de uitvoering en de overdracht van alle elementen in het openbaar gebied.
Namens het Programmabureau RijswijkBuiten stuurt de Projectmanager Civiele Techniek de ontwerpende, adviserende, voorbereidende en uitvoerende partijen aan. Bovendien coördineert hij de civieltechnische zaken binnen het Programmabureau zelf. Voor een breed spectrum aan stakeholders is hij het eerste aanspreekpunt en de contactpersoon namens het Programmabureau.
Hij is verantwoordelijk dat het doel of eindresultaat binnen een bepaalde periode en tegen een vooraf vastgesteld budget, ofwel binnen de kaders van geld, organisatie, tijd, informatie, communicatie en kwaliteit wordt bereikt. Daarbij is het van belang zicht te houden op de risico’s en hierop te sturen door het nemen
