Als planeconoom/ controller ga je specifiek aan de slag voor het programmabureau RijswijkBuiten waar je ook fysiek aanwezig bent.
RijswijkBuiten is een nieuwbouwlocatie van de gemeente waar uiteindelijk ruim 3.500 woningen zullen verrijzen. Inmiddels zijn er meer dan 2.000 woningen gerealiseerd.
Jouw taken als planeconoom/ controller zijn:
- Het verrichten van ondersteunende planeconomische werkzaamheden op het gebied van: managementrapportages, voortgang en herziening van de grondexploitatie, begrotingen en jaarwerkplannen;
- Opstellen en uitwerken van financieel programmatische analyses op strategisch niveau;
- Uitvoering analyse en aanbevelingen op het gebied van risicomanagement gebiedsontwikkeling;
- Ondersteunen en uitwerken van ontwikkelingsplannen;
