Notice of Open National Call for Tenders No004/AAONO/MINEPAT/MEADEN/VIVA-BENOUE/UGP/CSPM/RAF/IGR-SAHA/SPM/2026 of October 5, 2026

1.Subject The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received financing from the World Bank to finance the Project for the Development and Valorization of Investments in the Benue Valley (VIVA-BENOUE) in the North Region, and intends to use part of this Credit to make payments under the Contract for the execution of development works in three (03) lots: Lot No. 1: construction of two boreholes equipped with solar pumps + tank at the Garoua Technical School of Agriculture and at the Lagdo Agricultural Technical High School; Lot No. 2: Development of two fish ponds and a hatchery at the Lagdo Agricultural Technical High School, Lot No. 3: Construction of a solar borehole at the University of Maroua; The Project for the Development and Valorization of Investments in the Benue Valley (VIVA-BENOUE) is seeking closed bids from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications for the execution of the said works. 2.Scope of services Lot No. 1: construction of two boreholes equipped with solar pumps + tank at the Garoua Technical School of Agriculture and at the Lagdo Agricultural Technical High School; Lot No. 2: Development of two fish ponds and a hatchery at the Lagdo Agricultural Technical High School; Lot No. 3: Construction of a solar borehole at the University of Maroua. 3.Estimated Cost 4.Lotting Lot No. 1: construction of two boreholes equipped with solar pumps + tank at the Garoua Technical School of Agriculture and at the Lagdo Agricultural Technical High School; Lot No. 2: Development of two fish ponds and a hatchery at the Lagdo Agricultural Technical High School; Lot No. 3: Construction of a solar borehole at the University of Maroua. 5.Participation and Origin The Project for the Development and Valorization of Investments in the Benue Valley (VIVA-BENOUE) is seeking closed bids from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications for the execution of the said works in three (03) lots. 6.Financing IDA Credit No. 6770 – CM / Project: No. P 166072 (Category 1 of the Financing Agreement) 7.Consultation of the File Eligible and interested bidders may obtain further information and consult the tender document (RFP) online on the COLEPS platform at the following addresses: http://www.marchespublics.cm and http://www.publiccontracts.cm on the ARMP website (www.armp.cm). 8.Acquisition of the File The tender document in French available on the COLEP’S platform can be purchased by any interested bidder by submitting a written request to the following address: Mr. Coordinator of the VIVA-BENOUE Project, located at the Mission for the Development and Planning of the North Region (MEADEN) – Garoua / Cameroon, opposite the Gendarmerie Legion offices, Amadou Banisse secondary street.
