The applicant shall make sure that he uses compressing software to possibly reduce the size of the files to be transmitted. 10.Delai de Livraison délai maximum prévu par le Maître d’Ouvrage Délégué pour l’exécution de la mission, objet du présent appel d’offres est de Cinq (05) mois. 11.Cautionnement Provisoire Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 14 of the tender file of an amount of forty thousand (40 000) Fcfa and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.’The absence of the bid bond issued by a first-rate bank or financial body of first
