AWS -julkipilvipalveluiden jälleenmyynti- ja laskutuspalvelut Hankinnan kohteena oli Ylen käyttöön tulevien Amazon Web Servicesin (jäljempänä "AWS") tuottamien pilvikapasiteettipalveluiden jälleenmyynti- ja laskutuspalveluiden toimittaja, joka voi olla joko AWS itse tai AWS:n valtuutettu jälleenmyyjä. Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus sekä hankinnalle asetetut vaatimukset esitettiin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.

Hankinnasta solmittiin puitesopimus tarjouskilpailun voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa. Puitesopimuksen kesto on kolme vuotta, jonka jälkeen Ylellä on optio jatkaa sopimusta vielä kolmella vuodella sopimuksessa kuvatun mukaisesti. Puitejärjestelyllä tehtävien hankintojen ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on 15.000.000 - 30.000.000 euroa ilman arvonlisäveroa sisältäen optiot.,
