Original language: GermanDie Parzelle Nr. 3396 befindet sich in St. Margrethen SG in unmittelbarer Nähe der Autobahn A1 sowie der Landesgrenze zu Österreich. Auf dem Areal plant das Bundesamt für Bauten und Logistik (BBL) den Neubau eines Interventionszentrums (IVZ) mit mehreren Gebäudeteilen. Das Bauprojekt umfasst ein Hauptgebäude sowie mehrere Nebenbauten mit zugehörigen technischen Anlagen und Infrastrukturen. 242 Wärme- und Kälteerzeugung Die Wärmeversorgung für die Raumwärme, Lufterhitzer und Warmwassererwärmung erfolgt über eine Sole/Wasser-Wärmepumpe (Kältemittel Propan; Heizleistung 150kW) mit Erdsondenfeld. Die Wärmepumpe bewirtschaftet einen Pufferspeicher. Das Erdsondenfeld wird im Sommer für das Freecooling genutzt, womit die Energiebilanz im Erdreich ausgeglichen werden kann. Die S/W-Wärmepumpe wird reversibel ausgeführt, so dass bei steigendem Spitzenbedarf der Kälteanlage die Wärmepumpe als Kältemaschine genutzt werden könnte. Die Aufteilung und Erschliessung auf die einzelnen Gebäude erfolgt über einen Verteiler, mit jeweils einer Gruppe pro Gebäude für die Raumheizung und eine für die jeweiligen Lufterhitzer der Lüftungsanlagen. Die Gruppen können mit einem Changeover-System zum Kühlen benutzt werden. Die Aufstellung aller zuvor erwähnten Komponenten erfolgt in der Heiz-/Kältezentrale im 2. OG des Gebäude C.
