Original language: GermanZur personellen Verstärkung der internen Fachberatung des Bauprojektmanagements im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima (HLK) und Sanitär (S) von Projekten im Inland beschafft das BBL Unterstützung durch zwei externe Anbieter bzw. deren Fachpersonen mittels Rahmenverträgen. In zwei separaten Ausschreibungen (Lose 1-2) sollen je zwei qualifizierte Anbieter bzw. deren Fachpersonen beschafft werden: Los 1: Rahmenverträge externe Fachberatung Heizung / Lüftung / Klima Los 2: Rahmenverträge externe Fachberatung Sanitär Gesucht sind Anbietende mit je zwei flexibel verfügbaren Schlüsselpersonen, die in den hier ausgeschriebenen Rollen als bauherrenseitige Beratende Fachplanung HLK und S, die folgende Qualitäten aufweisen: Die Schlüsselpersonen vertreten die Anliegen und Interessen der Auftraggeberin. Sie sind gegenüber den in den Projekten mandatierten Fachplanenden, Ausführenden und weiteren Beteiligten unbefangen und neutral. Sie sind fachlich kompetent, technisch universell und konzeptionell stark. Vernetztes Denken, agiles Handeln sowie stufengerechte Kommunikation sind Stärken der Schlüsselpersonen. Die Loyalität gegenüber der Auftraggeberin, der professionelle Umgang mit vertraulichen Dokumenten und die daraus resultierende Verschwiegenheit sind Grundanforderungen an die zu beschaffenden Anbietenden bzw. Schlüsselpersonen. Gemäss Ziffer 1 der vorgesehenen Vertragsurkunde für Planerleistungen.
