Original language: DutchDe opdracht betreft het leveren van bakkerijartikelen aan het Commando Zeestrijdkrachten; hierna genoemd: de marine, welke door Koper gebruikt worden voor het bakken van brood, kleinbrood en banket op de marineschepen. Om alle in het programma van eisen (PVE) genoemde taken van de marine uit te kunnen voeren zijn permanent marineschepen op zee. Op de verschillende schepen wordt voor en door de bemanning volledig vers gekookt. Bemanningen kunnen variëren tussen de 40 – 750 personen per schip. Inzet van de schepen kan zowel kortstondig als langdurig zijn waardoor Producten zo lang mogelijk houdbaar dienen te zijn op het moment van Levering. Afhankelijk van de duur van de inzet en het type schip dat bevoorraad moet worden kan het om grote hoeveelheden bakkerij grondstoffen gaan, bv. 4000-4500 kg witte patent meel.
