Diverse werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de voortgang en de vaststelling van lopende projecten die voorkomen uit de uitvoering van de Subsidieregeling hedendaagse cultuurparagraaf 11, 12 en 13 . Het gaat hierbij op 29 lopende projecten, waarvan er in 2025 naar verwachting 13 zullen worden verantwoord, 16 in 2026 en 3 in 2027.
Daarnaast is er een aantal leningen verstrekt met een looptijd van 10 jaar. Het leningenbeheer loopt daarmee tot 2035. Met name het leningenbeheer is meer dan een administratieve klus omdat culturele instellingen niet altijd in staat zijn om leningen af te lossen. Dit leidt er toe dat er betalingsafspraken worden gemaakt of zelfs dat er leningen geheel worden afgeschreven.
