Waterschap Noorderzijlvest zorgt in een groot deel van Groningen, in Noord- en Midden-Drenthe en in een stukje Friesland voor veilig leven met water, schoon water, gezuiverd water en voldoende water in elk seizoen. Voor onze 300 medewerkers gaat een gezonde en toekomstbestendige leef-, woon- en werkomgeving van de circa 383.000 inwoners in ons gebied boven alles. Dit vraagt om gedreven professionals die uitblinken in hun eigen vakgebied en passie. Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren beleidsadviseur. Waterschap Noorderzijlvest heeft in 2021 een Blauwe Omgevingsvisie (BOVI) vastgesteld. De uitgangspunten van uit de BOVI moeten nog deels worden door vertaald naar ons uitvoerend beleid. Ook ontbreekt er nog beleid voor een aantal nieuwe onderwerpen (zoals bv. Aquathermie). Wij zoeken een beleidsadviseur die zich bezig gaat houden met het herijken en opstellen van beleid dat aansluit op onze BOVI. De opsteller zal landelijk beschikbare informatie gaan inwinnen en daarnaast gebruik maken van de expertise binnen Noorderzijlvest. Werkzaamheden: - Door vertalen van onze BOVI in het huidige uitvoerende beleid,- Verbinding tussen strategie en uitvoering en andersom;- Opleveren van beleidsstukken- Verzamelen van beleidstukken en informatie die landelijk beschikbaar zijn- Zorgen voor interne afstemming met de expertise/ beleidsspecialisten van Noorderzijlvest- Het bestuurlijke besluitvormingstraject doorlopen voor deze beleidsstukken
