Jouw werkplek Als Beleidsadviseur Jeugd werk je binnen de dynamische vakgroep Samenleving & Zorg aan de transformatie opgave: meer doen aan preventie en basiszorg om specialistische jeugdhulp te voorkomen. Je fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen beleidsmakers, jeugdorganisaties en de praktijk, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele vertaling van beleid naar uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? Ontwikkelen van beleid: door onderzoek te doen, alternatieven in kaart te brengen en advies uit te brengen aan het College van B&W; Projectmatig werken: je co?rdineert en begeleidt projecten binnen de beleidskaders, van planning tot uitvoering en evaluatie; Samenwerking: je werkt nauw samen met scholen, jeugdorganisaties, en andere belanghebbenden om het beleid effectief te implementeren; Analyse en rapportage: je verzamelt data, voert analyses uit, en rapporteert over de voortgang en effectiviteit van het beleid; Advies: je adviseert over beleidswijzigingen en verbeteringen op basis van ervaring en onderzoek.
