Als beleidsadviseur publiek vervoer ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Ontwikkelen van een visie op publiek vervoer: je cre?ert en implementeert een heldere en innovatieve visie voor het publiek vervoer in de gemeente, gebaseerd op behoeften en wensen van de inwoners als onderdeel van het integraal beleidsplan Wmo. Je werkt samen met collega's uit het Sociaal Domein en het Mobiliteitsdomein. Vertegenwoordiger in aanbestedingsproces: je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in het aanbestedingsproces en zorgt voor een transparante en effectieve selectie van vervoersaanbieders. Stakeholdermanagement: je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met regionale partners, vervoersmaatschappijen en andere belanghebbenden om de kwaliteit van het publiek vervoer te verbeteren. Monitoring en evaluatie: je stelt indicatoren op om de uitvoering van beleid te monitoren en stelt bij waar nodig om de dienstverlening te optimaliseren. Klachtenafhandeling: je stuurt beleid en uitvoering bij op basis van feedback van gebruikers.
