Original language: GermanDie AOK Hessen beabsichtigt die Nutzung einer webbasierten Software zur Prüfung und Bewertung von Hilfsmittelverordnungen für Kompressionstherapie / Produktgruppe 17 (PG 17).
Durch die Nutzung der Software DiKS der Digotex GmbH werden die im Bereich der Produktgruppe (PG) 17 "Hilfsmittel zur Kompressionstherapie" eingereichten Kostenvoranschläge ohne die Angabe von sozial- oder personenbezogenen Daten qualifiziert geprüft. Die Software überprüft die Daten von Kostenvoranschlägen und Versorgungen in den Teilbereichen "lymphatische Versorgung - Flachstrick" und "phlebologische Versorgung - Rundstrick" nach den jeweils geltenden fachlich anerkannten Regelungen, der Hilfsmittel-Richtlinie, dem Hilfsmittelverzeichnis nach § 139 SGB V und den Verträgen nach § 127 SGB V auf die Angemessenheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Versorgung. Die Webanwendung DiKs ermöglicht es den AOK-Mitarbeitern, per Eingabe von Pflichtdaten in eine Onlinemaske unter Rückgriff auf eine Datenbank Kostenvoranschläge bzw. Versorgungsanzeigen digitalisiert auf die fachliche Richtigkeit der Versorgung (z. B. Anspruchsvoraussetzung, Auswahl des geeigneten Hilfsmittels, passende Versorgung etc.) überprüfen zu lassen. Es werden keine versichertenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet. Die Firma Digotex stellt diese Software über das Internet als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-Lösung zur Nutzung bereit. Sie ist somit ohne Installation einer separaten Software nutzbar.
