Original language: GermanDie Hufeland Klinikum GmbH beabsichtigt die Beschaffung und Einführung eines integrierten Dienstplan- und Zeitwirtschaftssystems zur digitalen, effizienten und rechtskonformen Personal- und Einsatzplanung. Ziel ist die Unterstützung und Optimierung der Dienstplanprozesse unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben. Das System muss die Erstellung, Verwaltung und Optimierung von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen einschließlich komplexer Schichtmodelle und unterschiedlicher Qualifikationsanforderungen ermöglichen. Abwesenheiten sowie Auslastungs-, Kapazitäts- und Verfügbarkeitsdaten sind vollständig zu berücksichtigen. Zudem werden Funktionen zur automatisierten Planung sowie Reporting- und Auswertungsmöglichkeiten etc. erwartet. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Bereitstellung, Installation (On-Premise oder Cloud), Konfiguration, Anpassung, Inbetriebnahme sowie Supportleistungen. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Datenmigration, Schulungen für Anwender und Administratoren und Dokumentation. Die Lösung muss mandantenfähig sein, sodass mehrere Mandanten organisatorisch und datentechnisch getrennt abgebildet werden können. Das System muss mit den bestehenden IT-Strukturen (u. a. P&I Loga, Orbis) kompatibel sein und entsprechende Schnittstellen bereitstellen. Die Einhaltung der DSGVO sowie der IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen ist zwingend.
