Jeder Widerspruch, jede Unklarheit in den Vergabeunterlagen gehen mit der Angebotsabgabe zu Lasten des Auftragnehmers. Es gilt die Sichtweise, Interpretation des Auftraggebers. Mehrkosten, die aufgrund Fehlinterpretationen des Bieters entstehen, gehen zu Lasten des Auftragnehmers.; Orte der Leistungserbringung: Offizielle Bezeichnung: Bauhof der Stadt Frankenberg/Sa.; Straße, Hausnummer: Robert-Nestler-Straße 6; Postleitzahl: 09669; Ort: Frankenberg; Land: Deutschland e) Ggf.
