Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het op een transparante, objectieve en niet-discriminerende wijze selecteren en contracteren van een partij voor het via een leaseconstructie beschikbaar stellen van elektrische fietsen, inclusief verzekering, onderhoud en pechhulp. De geplande ingangsdatum van de raamovereenkomst is 4 november 2026 en heeft een initiële looptijd van 3 jaar met de optie voor Hogeschool Leiden om de overeenkomst 2 keer met 1 jaar te verlengen. De doelstellingen van deze aanbesteding zijn: - Het selecteren en contracteren van één opdrachtnemer voor het voorzien in elektrische fietsen voor de medewerkers van Hogeschool Leiden in de vorm van een leaseconstructie, passend bij de doelstellingen van onze organisatie.
