De Opdracht betreft een dienst in overeenstemming met de Aanbestedingswet 2012 en omvat in hoofdzaak: Inzetten van fysieke beveiliging in combinatie met hostmanship op de locaties van de gemeente Hoeksche Waard: Oud-Beijerland en Maasdam. Tegelijkertijd heeft de gemeente de rol van de beveiligingsmedewerker uitgebreid tot een gastvrije, digitaal vaardige host(ess). Behalve het toezien op de veiligheid, biedt de beveiliger ondersteuning bij de ontvangst en begeleiding van bezoekers.
