On the grounds of IGS Lindenfeld, an extension building for a primary school is to be constructed next to the existing main building. The approximately square property is bordered on three sides by a 2-3m high brick boundary wall. The boundary wall is surrounded by a currently not fully accessible approx. 2m wide footpath, which is owned by the City of Offenbach. The old building, which remains in operation during the construction measure, is a 5-story building in the center. To the south, it stands on the property boundary and divides the construction site into 2 areas. It is not possible to bypass the old building to the south. The construction measure will be carried out in 2 construction phases. The 1st construction phase has already been completed.
