Original language: DutchDe beveiligers dienen: • Te zorgen voor toegangscontrole (en registratie) en actuele camerabeelden te bekijken. • Een gastvrij eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor bewoners, bezoekers, leveranciers en pers • Brand-, sluit- en algemene rondes te maken in en rondom het pand. • Toe te zien op het naleven van de huisregels door bewoners en op verzoek van de begeleiders te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van het sanctiebeleid. • Repressief en de-escalerend te handelen bij calamiteiten en onregelmatigheden. • De rol als hoofd BHV te vervullen op locatie tot eventuele alarmdiensten het overnemen. • Hulpdiensten op te vangen bij calamiteiten. • Op verzoek te ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse begeleiding op locatie, bijvoorbeeld bij kamerbezoeken en/of -controles, evenementen en het ontvangen van nieuwe bewoners en toewijzen van kamers . • Te zorgen voor een goede informatie-overdacht en samenwerking met begeleiders op locatie en de aanbestedende dienst. De beveiligingsinzet op locatie bedraagt momenteel 310,5 uur per week. Er is sprake van een bezetting van twee beveiligers, 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen per week en 365 dagen per jaar. Echter op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag wordt in de ochtend en middag afgeschaald naar één beveiliger.
