Original language: DutchDe te vergeven opdracht betreft het verrichten van beveiligingsdiensten in het kader van de vluchtelingenopvang in het Kubusgebouw aan de IJsselmeer 30 te Zwijndrecht. Belangrijk gegeven is dat de huidige groep van (circa) 160 Oekraïners stabiel is en er sprake is van een rustige woonsituatie. Beoogd wordt op een effectieve wijze een veilige omgeving te creëren voor de bewoners met maximaal respect voor hun veiligheid, privacy en persoonlijke situatie. Tevens beoogd de gemeente Zwijndrecht een veilige omgeving in de nabijheid van de opvang. Opdrachtnemer is hier mede verantwoordelijk voor bij uitvoering van onderhavige opdracht. Omvang van de opdracht: geraamd op circa € 1.000.000,- excl. btw per jaar. De dienstverlening specificeert zich als Sociale en andere specifieke sectordienst (SAS-dienst). Het drempelbedrag wordt echter overschreden. Inkoop- en Aanbestedingsvoorwaarden Drechtsteden geven aan dat bij dit bedrag van diensten een Europese aanbesteding vereist is. Aan genoemde raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
