1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest bieżące utrzymanie potoków komunalnych wraz z przynależnymi zbiornikami ziemnymi oraz prace utrzymaniowe wylotów na terenie Miasta Gliwice na lata 2026-2027. 2) Niniejsze zamówienie realizowane jest w ramach zadań wynikających z ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2017 Prawo Wodne oraz związanych z ochroną i gospodarką przeciwpowodziową na terenie Miasta Gliwice. 3) Szczegółowy zakres prac został zawarty w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 4 do SWZ oraz we Wzorze Umowy stanowiącym ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 5 do SWZ. 4) Wymagania dotyczące konieczności zatrudnienia pracowników: Zamawiający formułuje wymagania dotyczące konieczności zatrudnienia pracowników na podstawie umowy o pracę w oparciu o art. 95 ustawy Pzp. Szczegółowo zostały one określone w ZAŁĄCZNIKU NR 5 do SWZ – Wzorze Umowy. 5) Z uwagi na specyfikację przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający nie formułuje wymagań wskazanych w art. 100 ustawy Pzp.
