Kurzbeschreibung des Vorhabens Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind umfassende Planungs- und Sanierungsleistungen zur energetischen und bautechnischen Modernisierung der Gebäudehüllen von insgesamt vier Objekten auf dem Campus Nord und Campus Süd der Technischen Universität Dortmund. Die Maßnahmen betreffen im Einzelnen folgende Liegenschaften: - Mathematik Hauptgebäude (Campus Nord): Sanierung des Hauptdachs (ca. 1.254m2). Rückbau und Neuaufbau der Dachabdichtung und Wärmedämmung nach aktuellem BEG EM Standard , inklusive statischer Prüfung für Photovoltaik/ Begrünung sowie Errichtung einer permanenten Geländer-Absturzsicherung. - Sporthauptgebäude (Campus Süd): Grundhafte Sanierung des Flachdachs der 3-Feld-Turnhalle (ca. 1.288m2) aufgrund von Blasenbildung und Unterläufigkeit. Kompletter Rückbau bis auf das bestehende Holztragwerk und Neuaufbau nach BEG EM Standard. - Dezernat 3 (Campus Süd): Sanierung der Flachdachfläche (ca. 820m2) eines zweigeschossigen Verwaltungsgebäudes nach BEG EM Standard. - Institut für Elektrotechnik (Campus Nord): Kombinierte Sanierung der Flachdachflächen (ca. 1.300m2) nach BEG EM Standard und der Außenfassade (ca. 1.700m2). Die Leistungen umfassen die Behebung von Feuchteschäden, Sockelabdichtungen nach DIN 18533, Brandschutzertüchtigungen sowie einen Wirtschaftlichkeitsvergleich verschiedener Putzsanierungsszenarien. Übergreifende Kernaufgaben (Dachbereiche) -Für alle Objekte sind projektübergreifend folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: -Kompletter Rückbau des Altbestands und Neuaufbau gemäß BEG EM Standard. - Erstellung bauphysikalischer und statischer Stellungnahmen (insb. Prüfung der Lastreserven für extensive Begrünung und Photovoltaikanlagen). - Überprüfung und Neuplanung der Entwässerung (inkl. Notentwässerung) und der RWA-Anlagen. - Planung und Installation einer permanenten Absturzsicherung ausschließlich als Geländerkonstruktion (Seilsicherungen sind explizit ausgeschlossen). - Erneuerung des Blitzschutzes in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachplanern.
