Met deze aanbesteding wil Summa een raamovereenkomst sluiten met één partij die fungeert als Broker voor de externe inhuur binnen de organisatie. De broker is verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige en professionele wijze waarop de inhuur binnen Summa verloopt. De opdracht omvat de externe inhuur van externe professionals voor onderwijs gerelateerde functies, alsmede ondersteunende en beleidsmatige functies. De broker is verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van een gestroomlijnd, transparant en rechtmatig inhuurproces inclusief de werving en selectie van mogelijke kandidaten, de contractering, administratieve afhandeling en het waarborgen van de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving.
