Construction of a high-bay warehouse for ADR class agrochemical products

The subject of the order is the comprehensive execution of construction works including the construction of a warehouse building with a social and office area, along with the necessary technical infrastructure - Stage II, on plots no. 225/2, 225/3 in land registry area 41", carried out for PENTAGON TRADE ONE Sp. z o.o. on the property at ul. Gliniana 16 in Piotrków Trybunalski. The project documentation should be treated as a whole - descriptions, drawings, and industry documents complement each other. The scope of the investment includes the construction of a production and warehouse facility with an office and social area, as well as the expansion and construction of necessary technical infrastructure and land development. A detailed description is provided in the annex to the inquiry - Description of the subject of the order and in the technical documentation. Provision of the Architectural and Construction Project (PAB): The Ordering Party informs that the Architectural and Construction Project (PAB) concerning the investment covered by this procedure contains detailed technical, technological, and organizational information about the designed facility and the solutions used in it, which, due to their nature, are subject to confidentiality. For this reason, the PAB will not be made publicly available in the Competitiveness Database, but will be provided to any interested Contractor on equal terms, after submitting a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the template of which is Annex No. 8 to the Request for Proposals. To obtain the PAB, the Contractor should send the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement to the e-mail address: agata.bonczak@pentagon-trade.pl. Submitting the Non-Disclosure Agreement does not require demonstrating fulfillment of the participation conditions, payment, security deposit, or submitting an offer. The Ordering Party will provide the PAB immediately after receiving the correctly signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, in electronic form, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor or by sending a link to download the documentation to this address. All interested Contractors who submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement will receive access to the same scope of PAB and on equal terms. The PAB may be used solely for the purpose of familiarizing oneself with the subject of the order, preparing and submitting an offer, and - in the event of the Contractor's offer being selected - for the execution of the order. The Contractor may disclose the PAB to their employees, collaborators, advisors, designers, potential subcontractors, and suppliers to the extent necessary for preparing the offer or executing the order, provided that these persons ensure confidentiality. The Ordering Party will ensure the provision of the PAB within a timeframe that allows interested Contractors to familiarize themselves with its content and prepare an offer. Conditions for amending the contract: The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of amending the contract concluded as a result of this procedure under the conditions and scope detailed in the contract template, which is an annex to this Request for Proposals.
