Zadanie inwestycyjne realizowane będzie w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, o której mowa w art. 103 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych. Inwestycja prowadzona będzie na działkach nr 1/54, 1/55 obr. nr 127 oraz działce nr 34/3 obr. nr 126 położonych przy ul. Ignacego Krasickiego w Olsztynie. Nieruchomość gruntowa znajduje się w trwałym zarządzie Warmińsko - Mazurskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej w Kętrzynie. 2.
