Original language: GermanTotalunternehmerleistungen Im kantonalen Sachplan Veloverkehr wird für die Hauptverbindungroute zwischen Oberburg und Hasle b.B. eine Netzlücke ausgewiesen. Mit dem vorliegenden Auftrag werden folgende Ziele verfolgt: · Diese Netzlücke zu schliessen und eine direkte, sichere und komfortable Verbindung für den Radverkehr anzubieten. · Erhöhung der Verkehrssicherheit für den Velo- und Fussverkehr. · Verbesserung des Anschlusses der Langsamverkehrsverbindung im Oberburgfeld und Oberburg und eine verbesserte Anschlussqualität. Der neue Radweg verläuft (von Norden nach Süden) ab dem Knoten Lochbachstrasse im Mischverkehr auf der Erschliessungsstrasse der BLS-Werkstätte. Dieser Abschnitt des Radwegs wird im Rahmen des Drittprojekts BLS-Werkstätte realisiert und ist nicht Bestandteil des vorliegenden Auftrags. Ab der Schnittstelle am Ende der Erschliessungsstrasse führt der Radweg über eine Rampe direkt in die Unterführung. Es müssen zwei Streckengleise und ein Ausziehgleis unterquert werden. Nach der Unterführung führt eine weitere Rampe wieder auf das bestehende Umgebungsniveau, wo der Anschluss von Oberburg einmündet. Zwischen dieser Rampe und dem Bahntrassee ist eine Versickerungsanlage vorgesehen. Ab dem Rampenbauwerk verläuft der Radweg entlang des Bahntrasses und überquert hierbei den Bach «Entlastung Biembach» mit einer neu zu erstellenden Brücke, bevor er nach Westen abbiegt und am bestehenden Gemeindestrassennetz in Tschamerie anschliesst. In Anbetracht der regionalen Bedeutung wird der Ausbaustandard «Velobahnen» verfolgt, die qualitativ hochwertigste Hierarchiestufe des Alltags-Velowegnetzes. Es sind sämtliche Leistungen zu erbringen, die im Sinne eines Globalauftrages, für die vertragsgemässe Erstellung des Werkes, inklusive aller Planungsleistungen, Bauleistungen, Provisorien sowie Sicherheits-, Hilfs- und Nebenleistungen, die für die Planung, die Bauvorbereitung und die mängelfreie und termingerechte Ausführung und Übergabe des Werkes notwendig sind.
