The tenderer accepts products of equivalent value pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). The tenderer may include any other device in its offer that meets the given function and is equivalent to the named product. Further conditions of performance are detailed in the technical description which forms part of the tender documentation.
