Original language: csPředmětem soutěže je návrh novostavby bytového, resp. bytových domů na místě stávajících bytových domů Křídlovická 57 a 59 včetně přilehlého vnitrobloku v rozsahu řešeného území vymezeném v podkladu P09 – Řešené a dotčené území. Jelikož jsou navrhované bytové domy součástí městského bloku vymezeného ulicemi Křídlovická, Nové sady, Fuchsova a novou ulicí navazující na tzv. Malou Ameriku, Zadavatel chce postupovat koncepčně. Účastníci proto ideově navrhnou hmotové řešení celého městského bloku v souladu s platným územním plánem města Brna.
