Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_8789_ROAP | Type: Call for individual consultants Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The evaluation will cover all activities implemented between July 2024 and December 2026 at regional, national and pilot levels in Cambodia, Viet Nam and ASEAN, including policy dialogue, research, capacity building, pilot interventions and knowledge-sharing activities. The main purpose of the cluster evaluation serves organizational learning e.g. to develop cross-learning, including success stories to innovate and feed into regional learning on just transition. The evaluation also serves to provide accountability to the donors and ILO constituent. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
