Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an individual consultant to develop training materials and facilitate a 1.5-day capacity-building programme for care cooperatives in Sri Lanka.
The consultant will design and deliver sessions on quality early childhood care and development, inclusive and child-friendly care environments, child protection and safeguarding, professional caregiving practices, and family and community engagement.
The assignment includes preparation of training materials, facilitation of participatory training sessions, and submission of finalized training resources and a brief completion report.
Applicants should possess demonstrated expertise in ECCD, child protection, disability inclusion, and adult learning methodologies, with experience delivering training programmes for community-based service providers, civil society organizations, or development initiatives.
