Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_8761_ROAP | Type: Call for individual consultants Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: I. Develop a detailed work plan and implementation methodology based on the consultancy objectives. II. Review relevant technical documents and develop a gender-responsive ToT package, including curricula, facilitator and participant learning materials, handbooks, quality assurance and occupational safety standards. III. Design a comprehensive five-day technology transfer programme with detailed session and lesson plans and practical exercises for the fabrication of carbon-free improved cooking stoves and submit it to the ILO for review and approval. IV. Deliver the five-day technology transfer and ToT programme, combining theoretical instruction with practical hands-on fabrication and installation sessions for improved cooking stoves. V. Assess participants' competencies using approved assessment criteria and recommend successful candidates for certification. VI. Facilitate a training session on marketing and promotion strategies VII. Prepare a sustainability and scale-up strategy outlining recommendations for institutionalizing the training programme, integrating it into TVET systems and identifying financing mechanisms for long-term implementation. VIII. Prepare and submit a comprehensive final with recommendations for future scale-up plan to the ILO.
