Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External
Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The ILO STREAM Programme seeks an External Collaborator (Excoll) to provide technical expertise on
quantitative data collection related to migrant workers’ access to social protection in Sri Lanka.
The
Excoll will support the design, digitisation, piloting, and implementation of a Returnee Survey targeting
Sri Lankan migrant workers returning from GCC countries, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Bureau
of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).
The role includes developing survey tools and methodologies,
supporting enumerator training and data quality processes, and assisting with data preparation and
summary outputs.
The consultant will also provide recommendations to support the
institutionalisation of the survey as a routine data collection exercise beyond the pilot phase.
