Description
Procurement of Vaccines
1. The Project Procurement Committee (PPC) of the Integrated Rurban Development and Climate Resilience Project – Component 5 now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supplying of Food and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) Vaccines to control outbreak situation of FMD and LSD of dairy cattle created after Ditwa Cyclone 2025.
2. The IRDCRP Project invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, delivery, and installation of items required for the Program. The table below provides details of the lot descriptions, item names, required quantities, and corresponding bid security

3. This IFB is open to all eligible bidders who wish to respond and subject to restrictions noted in the bidding document. Further, interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Project Director, Integrated Rurban Development and Climate Resilience Project, 123/2, Pannipitiya Road, Battaramulla during office hours and also inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 15:00 hrs at Integrated Rurban Development and Climate Resilience Project, 123/2, Pannipitiya Road, Battaramulla.
4. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive Bidding (NCB) using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Fourth Edition, September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
5. Bidding documents can be obtained by interested eligible bidders between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs on any working day upon the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 12,500 on or before 27/05/2026. The method of payment is in cash.
6. Bids shall be delivered to the Chairman, Project Procurement Committee, Integrated Rurban Development and Climate Resilience Project (IRDCRP), No. 123/2, Pannipitiya Road, Battaramulla on or before 2.00 p.m. on 27th May 2026, and will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on the same day. Please note that electronic submissions will not be accepted.
7. Bidders shall be aware that late bids will not be accepted under any circumstance and will be returned unopened at the written request and cost of the bidder. All bids must be accompanied by a bid-security as stated above table and detail in the bid data sheet.
