The primary goal of this assignment is to facilitate the adaptation of training materials and implementation of a TRANSFORM legal framework module training in Malawi.
The regional consultant will refine and finalise slides for the Legal Framework using materials earlier developed and update the facilitator and activity guides and other learning materials for the module in line with existing TRANSFORM resources.
He or she will travel to the assigned location within Malawi and implement the application of TRANSFORM 3 -day Training on legal frameworks.
The regional consultant will participate in the pre-training briefing meeting with other team members and guide stakeholder on their role in the development of the legal framework in Malawi.
He or she will also conduct coaching sessions for other Master trainers on the developed training materials.
