Description
BIM requires the supply and installation of 21 windows and 3 external doors to the National Fisheries College, Greencastle, Co. Donegal and to remove and dispose of the existing windows and doors in line with Health and Safety Legislation. Each window and door to be constructed with powder coated aluminium frames, to be double glazed and to be in keeping with the design of the existing windows and doors. Window surrounding areas to be made good by successful tenderer and a defects liability period must be included in the contract ensuring that any issues within the first 12-months after installation are rectified by the successful tenderer with no extra cost.
