CALL FOR TENDERS: Design and Delivery of an Investment Readiness Programme for Tech and Tech-Enabled Startups in Côte d’Ivoire Contracting Authority: Expertise France Project: Africa-Europe Digital Innovation Bridge (AEDIB) Country of implementation: Côte d’Ivoire Anticipated contract duration: 17 months (indicative start: February 2027) 1. Background and purpose Expertise France invites qualified firms and consulting organisations to submit proposals for the design and delivery of an Investment Readiness Programme in Côte d’Ivoire under the Africa-Europe Digital Innovation Bridge (AEDIB). The assignment aims to strengthen the investment readiness capacities of Entrepreneurship Support Organisations (ESOs) and support technology and technology-enabled ventures in preparing for and accessing financing. 2. Scope of services The assignment will focus on two complementary areas: (i) strengthening the investment readiness capacities of four ESOs to design and deliver their own programmes; and (ii) supporting 16 tech and tech-enabled ventures with financial modelling, investment documentation, due diligence preparation, investor engagement and financing referrals. At least five supported ventures must be women-led.
