Let op!Deze uitvraag staat open terwijl KVK in afwachting is van een RvB besluit over het wel niet inhuren van ZZP-ers. Hierover zal duidelijkheid zijn voor afloop van de inschrijftermijn. Dit kan betekenen dat ZZP kandidaten terzijde worden gelegd indien de RvB van KVK besluit (voorlopig) geen ZZP toe te laten.Als gevolg van veranderingen binnen de afdeling Merk & Communicatie zijn we voor een periode van 4 maanden op zoek naar een zeer ervaren campagnespecialist. In deze functie ben je in staat om direct in te springen op het ontwikkelen en aansturen van grote campagnes voor KVK op korte termijn en het opstarten van briefings voor het reclamebureau voor campagnes later dit jaar. Het gaat in het bijzonder om de campagne voor de financieringsgids en de opstart van het campagne ondernemen. Werkzaamheden zijn onder andere het schrijven van de marcom briefing op basis van een bestaande strategische briefing en het aansturen van reclamebureaus in de ontwikkeling van campagnes, waaronder debief, KIK, conceptpresentatie en productie. Ook het coordineren van diverse concept- en creatietesten valt binnen de opdracht. Daarnaast geef je vanuit je ervaring en frisse blik proactief advies over hoe wij ons campagneproces verder kunnen professionaliseren en werk de je beoogde vaste collega in die na deze periode door zal doorgroeien in deze functie.In deze rol ben jij de ervaren specialist die het leuk vind om ons verder te helpen in de ontwikkeling van onze afdeling - Je hebt ruime ervaring in het marketingcommunicatievak en bent in staat om snel zaken op te pakken - Je weet hoe reclame- en mediabureaus werken en bent in staat om hen optimaal te begeleiden naar een maximaal resultaat voor KVK - Je hebt een verbindend karakter en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen en je kennis en ervaring op een positieve manier over te dragen op nieuw talent - Je bent in staat om vanuit een strategische briefing, snel en efficient een goede marcom te schrijven. Haalt de kern er makkelijk uit en weet complexe zaken makkelijk te maken - Je weet wat er nodig is om stakeholders te overtuigen en inspireren, en weet anderen hierbij te betrekken. - Je hebt ervaring in het werken binnen een multidisciplinaire (agile) marketingteam De opdracht duur is 4 maanden, inclusief een inwerkperiode voor de toekomstige vaste invulling
