The main purpose of this RFP is to select a media agency that can deliver a highly optimized DRTV program.
The agency will be expected to achieve the following objectives:Performance-Driven Acquisition: Identify and purchase cost-effective TV inventory across public and commercial networks in the Benelux that delivers a steady volume of new IG (Individual Giving) donors.Lead Generation for GiW: Execute targeted media placements to generate high-quality leads for the Gifts in Wills program, prioritizing channels and timeslots with high concentrations of the target age demographic.Attribution & Transparency: Provide robust attribution modeling that correlates airings with immediate digital spikes and inbound call volumes (if applicable).Testing & Optimization: Ability to test different spot lengths, channels, and dayparts to lower the CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) over time.Media Efficiency: Secure favourable rates and "remnant" (last-minute) inventory where appropriate to maximize the impact of the UNHCR budget.Overall, PSP Benelux expects from the company to deliver on or exceed annual budget goals whilst maximizing ROI.The Terms of Reference (TORS) are detailed in Annex A of this RFP.
