Im Rahmen des Neubaus und Umbaus des Campushauses der Stadt Halle (Saale) sind Dachabdichtungs-, Dachdämm-, Dachbegrünungs- und Dachklempnerarbeiten auszuführen. Die Arbeiten betreffen verschiedene Holz- und Bestandsdachflächen sowie eine begehbare Dachterrasse. Die Gesamtfläche des Neubaus beträgt ca. 2.900 m² BGF. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind insbesondere: • Dachabdichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten: ca. 1.510 m² Holzdach mit EPS-Dämmung und FPO-Abdichtung, ca. 350 m² Dachflächen über Bestandsbetonplatte sowie ca. 70 m² Terrassendach mit PIR-Dämmung. • Sanierung bestehender Dachabdichtungen einschließlich Rückbau und Erneuerung im Bereich Eingang Süd. • Extensive Dachbegrünung: ca. 1.200 m² mit Retentionselementen, Substrat und Kiesrandstreifen. • Dachterrasse: ca. 70 m² Plattenbelag mit Unterbau sowie ca. 20 m auflastgetragenes Geländer. • Dachrand- und Bauteilanschlüsse: Dachrandprofile, Wandanschlüsse und Dachdurchdringungen. • Dachklempnerarbeiten: ca. 180 m Aluminium-Dachrinnen, 95 m Fallrohre und 160 m Blechabdeckungen. • Dachaufbauten und Absturzsicherung: 8 Lichtkuppeln, Lüfteranschlüsse und Seilsicherungssysteme. Die Dacharbeiten erfolgen auf unterschiedlichen Neubau- und Bestandsuntergründen.
