Předmětem plnění této části veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb, při nichž bude dodavatel zastupovat zadavatele při uzavírání a případně i sjednávání smluv o zřízení věcného břemene dle § 25 odst. 4 energetického zákona včetně zajištění souvisejících geodetických prací pro vyhotovení geometrických plánů a vypořádání těchto smluv. Přesné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky a další požadavky související s jejím plněním, podmínky, specifikace a ostatní údaje jsou detailně specifikovány v návrhu příkazní smlouvy, která tvoří nedílnou součást zadávací dokumentace, a v jejich přílohách. Místo plnění veřejné zakázky je vymezeno distribučním územím spravovaným zadavatelem. Pro jednotlivé části veřejné zakázky je místo plnění specifikováno v příloze 9 příkazní smlouvy, tj. je vymezeno okresy uvedenými u příslušné části veřejné zakázky (regionu) ve sloupci s názvem "Okres působnosti".
