Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement to design, supply, install, and commission an Emergency Broadcast System at CFAD Rocky Point, 5601 Rocky Point Road, Victoria, BC. The work will involve the following: Provide a fully functional, depot-wide Emergency Broadcast System capable of delivering clear audio and visual alerts. Ensure compliance with HERO standards. Integration with existing fiber infrastructure where feasible and allow for future expansion There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult 2. There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is not required prior to gaining access to the site. Consult 5.2 Site Visit. For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 3.9 of the solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
