De opdracht voor deze Aanbesteding bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen:
De inzet van meubilair, bestaande uit onder andere (maar niet limitatief):
Werkplekken (kantoormeubilair en aanverwante accessoires);
Onderwijsruimtes;
Thuiswerkmeubilair;
Andere alternatieve inrichtingen (social corners, coffee corners, vergaderplekken, studiewerkplekken, concentratiewerkplekken, specifieke ruimtes, café/restaurant meubilair, gangen).
Advies geven over het zo duurzaam mogelijk inzetten van meubilair op basis van de R-ladder.
Het adviseren bij de inrichting van ruimtes, herinzet en aankopen van meubilair.
Het repareren van meubilair.
Het monteren en gebruiksklaar afleveren van meubilair.
Service en onderhoud.
Het terugnemen van ongeschikt meubilair.
