Description
1. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified under RFPQ 25-023 Wetlands and Habitat Restoration.
2. The project involves restoring degraded riparian areas along the Bow River in Sue Higgins Off Leash Dog Park.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled operational date is May 31, 2027.
