Description
A National Clinical Patient Management solution, predominantly to support community urgent and Out of Hours care services however a number of other community-based and external services will utilise the service.
A potential contract may consolidate territorial health boards, special health boards and partner organisations under a single technical solution, offering opportunities for standardisation, ease of data sharing, cross-board working and efficiency savings for support and maintenance.
PSD Scotland is interested in all software products available on the market. They must have the ability to integrate with current GP IT Systems, eHR, NHS 24, Emergency Care Summary, and other digital systems used within NHS Scotland and its partner organisations.
