La cotización debe ser presentada en sobre sellado con los datos de la empresa y el No. de proceso antes mencionado, deberá incluir número de RTN, de teléfono, y dirección actual de la empresa, y se entregará en la Unidad de Compras del Instituto Nacional de Migración, 4to. Piso del Cuerpo Bajo C, del Centro Cívico Gubernamental, asimismo la empresa debe estar inscrita en SIAFI y brindar crédito no menor a 30 días.
