Description

Le marché porte sur l'octroi d'une concession, d’une durée de 30 ans renouvelable, offrant un droit exclusif d'usage accru du domaine public communal pour la construction, l'exploitation et l'entretien d'infrastructures de transport et de distribution d'énergie thermique (chauffage et rafraîchissement) au sein du périmètre défini dans le cahier technique . Pendant toute la durée de la concession, la Commune s'engage à ne délivrer aucune concession d'usage du domaine public, ni aucun permis de fouille, à un tiers ou à un réseau concurrent ayant un but identique ou similaire sur le périmètre concédé. Elle se réserve par ailleurs le droit d’étendre le périmètre de la concession à d’autres zones du territoire communal adjacentes au périmètre initial. En cas de non-renouvellement ou de résiliation de la concession, les installations sont reprises par la Commune moyennant une indemnisation du concessionnaire pour les actifs non amortis.
