La Comisión Evaluadora podrá solicitar a los oferentes que salven errores u omisiones formales, siempre y cuando las rectificaciones de dichos vicios y omisiones no les confieran a esos oferentes una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás competidores, las que en ningún caso podrán constituir modificación de la oferta ya presentada, ni afectar los principios de estricta sujeción a las Bases y de igualdad de los oferentes, y siempre que se informe de dicha solicitud al resto de los oferentes, a través del Sistema de Información del Portal.
Asimismo, la Comisión Evaluadora podrá efectuar consultas y/o solicitar aclaraciones o precisiones a los antecedentes presentados por los oferentes, sin que exista un límite determinado de solicitudes consultas y/o aclaraciones sobre una determinada materia.
De igual forma, la Comisión Evaluadora podrá solicitar a los oferentes que presenten antecedentes complementarios que aclaren o ilustren de mejor forma sus ofertas, siempre que dichos antecedentes se hayan producido u obtenido con anterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas o se refieran a situaciones no mutables entre el vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas y el período de evaluación.
