The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of livestock Development has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and Installation of Automated Hatchery and Breeder House in Niger State.

Note: The project involves construction and Installation of Automated Hatchery and Breeder House in Niger State having a site preparation and earth work, Construction of security outpost and gate house, Perimeter fence, Hatchery Unit, and Breeder House. Installation of Solar and Supply of Hatchery Equipment. Strict undertaking of Social and Environmental Safeguard measures would be adhered to. The work is expected to be completed within 12 months.
