Construction (civil, sanitary, electrical) of 2 court rooms, 2 office rooms, 2 confidential rooms, 4 office rooms for legal aid and 4 bathrooms on the open veranda of the ground floor of Rajbari District Court. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: The Tenderer shall have i) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lac only. iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 110.00 Lac within the last 05 years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 66.00 Lac. v) The minimum tender capacity not less than TK. 70.00 lac only. vi) Up to date Valid Trade License. vii) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate. viii) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh; ix) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR. x) An assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly. xi) Activity Schedule depicting work plan and method, personnel, equipment. 2. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 3.
