30-Jul-2026 The Federal Government of Nigeria FGN has received financing from the from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program Phase I, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of 2 Agricultural - Transformation Centres ( ATCs) and 32km Connecting Roads in Ogun State. “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/nigeria_sapz_ogun_state_spn_2atcs_and_32km_roads.pdf
